My husband and I recently sold our Edina family home, as empty nesters. We were excited about the idea of moving downtown, downsizing, and simplifying our lives, by renting. However, we had not rented since our early 20’s. We were coming from a beautiful home and figured it would be a lot of work finding a suitable rental and we had no idea how to do so.
