Peter Joined Prudden & Company as a co-founder and CEO in 2018, a new brokerage designed for the marketplace of tomorrow with in-house production and branding capabilities and a tech-powered innovation platform. Together with their team, Prudden has revolutionized the traditional brokerage model in Minneapolis.The firm launched and gained its notoriety by leasing luxury homes during the 2018 Super Bowl. Since that time, The Prudden Team has closed $500 Million in sales in 5 years and has broken price-per-square-foot records across the twin cities and suburban markets.The media arm has helped grow Prudden into the most followed and viewed real estate brand in Minneapolis through its YouTube channel, social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter and unique marketing tools.

Peter is a frequent guest on local news networks and routinely quoted in local and national print publicans. He has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Market Watch, and Yahoo Finance. He is also a contributor to Inman, where he writes a column about real estate, sales, and branding. He began his career on the equity trading desk at investment banking firm Jefferies & Company in New York. Peter has held trading and portfolio management roles at boutique hedge funds located in San Francisco, CA, Sun Valley, ID and Minneapolis. Peter was a 4-year starter and letterwinner for the University of Minnesota football team and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing.

Peter resides in Minneapolis with his wife Jessica and their daughter Lily. He serves on the board of directors for Project Success and High Point Center for Print Making.
